Rate Card

Located in a 1,000 sqft warehouse with 4.3m ceilings, Arctic Studio is a clean, versatile space built for both creative and commercial shoots with plenty of space for lighting, setups and crew.

Large industrial windows fill the space with natural light, a black out option is also available upon request. Textured brick wall for a rustic feel but the option for multiple backdrops available.

The studio includes a comfortable changing room for cast and crew to relax, along with a dedicated edit station.

Edit Suite.

The Arctic Editing Suite is a custom post production space. Built around an Intel i9 workstation with an RTX 4090, it’s set up to handle demanding edits, heavy timelines, and fast turnarounds with ease.

The suite runs industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve Studio, and Capture One. A 57" Samsung ultrawide monitor forms the core of the setup, paired with a 50" client playback screen. Audio is monitored through Adam T7V studio speakers via a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2.

Fast, reliable connectivity is covered with 1GB Wi-Fi and a dedicated ethernet socket. The space is comfortable and intentionally minimal with a coffee station and one allocated parking space included.
